designer, a superintendent and a field supervisor. Each team member holds a Class
"A" Contractor License insuring the highest quality.

simply drawn on graph paper to create a home that meets the needs of each customer. Changes do not upset us!
On time delivery. A schedule is given to each
customer after the house is under roof. The schedule highlights the stages of construction
and a move in date is given.
The use of the same sub-contractors on each job.
This insures quality because the workmanship of these sub-contractors has been proven.
The ability to purchase a lot for our customers. Jefferson
Area Builders can purchase the lot a customer has found and include it in the total
financing package sent to the customer's lending institution.
Our willingness to allow our customers to complete
some of the work on their house in order to save money. ( All codes and inspections must
be followed/passed.)
